1. Core Functions and Applicable Scenarios
Basic filtration: As an entry‑level model, the ZL‑801 focuses on basic air circulation and routine dust removal. Its filter mesh has a relatively large aperture, making it suitable for general household and office environments where only basic dust protection is needed.
Equipment protection: In addition to standard indoor settings, it can also be used on power distribution cabinets, chassis, enclosures, and other equipment for dust and light rain protection. It effectively prevents dust from entering electrical control cabinets, thereby supporting heat dissipation and operational stability of electronic components.
2. Structural Design and Installation
Ventilation opening design: Features a 45° angled slotted design (louver style), combining aesthetics with functionality. It improves airflow efficiency while reducing the ingress of foreign debris and providing a certain degree of moisture resistance.
Easy installation: Comes with 4 M5 screws for quick mounting on the surface of chassis, cabinets, and similar equipment.
3. Maintenance and Precautions
Regular cleaning: To maintain ventilation and filtration effectiveness, the filter mesh should be cleaned or replaced periodically. It is recommended to adjust the maintenance interval based on the dust concentration of the operating environment; generally, inspection every 1‑3 months is advised.
Environmental limitations: Although it offers a certain level of protection, it is not recommended for outdoor use or harsh industrial environments. For such applications, industrial‑grade models (e.g., ZL‑807) are more suitable.
